1. Independent Travel Facilitator

I, Jared, operate as an independent travel planning and booking facilitator. I am not an employee, agent, or representative of any airline, hotel, or travel company. My role is to help clients find, plan, and coordinate trips that align with their goals and budget.

2. Retainer and Payment Policy

• A non-refundable retainer of $79  is required before any research, communication, or trip planning begins.
• This retainer secures your request and covers my time, research, and expertise in locating the best deals for your trip.
• If you change your mind after paying the retainer, the payment will remain valid as a service credit for up to one (1) year from the date of payment. You may apply this credit toward future travel planning services within that period.
  •For trips including 5 or more people. There will be an additional fee that will be discussed upfront. 
• No bookings or purchases will be made using my own funds. All travel expenses (flights, hotels, etc.) must be paid directly by the client to the travel provider.

3. Case-by-Case Customization

Each trip is unique. Pricing, destinations, and timelines vary per client. All clients must complete the intake form in full before I begin research or trip design. This ensures your itinerary is customized to your goals, preferences, and budget.

4. Service Commitment

Upon receiving the retainer, I will begin working to find the best available options that match your destination, budget, and desired travel dates. I will continue working until the requested goals are met, within reasonable time and market availability.

5. Communication Requirement

Active communication is required throughout the planning process. Clients must remain reachable via phone, email, or text for approvals, updates, and confirmations. I am not responsible for missed deals or delays caused by a lack of timely client response.

6. National and International Trips

I assist with both domestic and international travel. Clients are responsible for securing valid travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) and ensuring compliance with entry requirements for their destination.

7. Service Role and Limitation

I do not sell or issue travel products directly. I facilitate bookings by researching, coordinating, and recommending travel options that fit your budget and preferences. All final bookings and payments occur directly between you and the airline, hotel, or travel provider.

8. Liability

I am not responsible for cancellations, delays, schedule changes, or policies imposed by third-party travel providers. Clients are encouraged to review all terms and conditions directly with airlines, hotels, or other service providers before confirming purchase.
